You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Once your payment has been accepted and your order has shipped, we will notify you of the tracking details by email.
Most orders of in-stock products ship within 24-36 hours*. All US orders are shipped with USPS unless another option has been selected at checkout. Tracking details will be available. We reserve the right to choose the type of shipping method for orders that qualify for free shipping. Rush shipping (FedEx 2 Day and Next Day) is available and can be selected upon checkout. Please note that shipping with USPS First Class Mail is not insured.
KidWild cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
KidWild ships worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please send us an email so we may add your country to the checkout system. All international orders are shipped with USPS First Class and may take 6-12 business days to arrive, excluding processing time at customs, depending on the destination. Please be aware that KidWild is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. In addition, we have no control over how long your package is held up at customs which will increase total shipping time. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products and your shipment will always be marked as 'merchandise'. All international orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped within Colorado.
Returns & Exchanges
KidWild offers a 15-day return policy for all US orders, meaning the returned item(s) need to be postmarked within 15 days of original purchase date in order to qualify for an exchange, a refund or store credit. All items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and therefore urge you to ship with a tracking number and insurance. If you send your package outside of the 15 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products unless the item has been verified to be defective or the incorrect item has been sent by our shipping department. KidWild does not credit shipping fees.

1. Start a return request by visiting our returns center. Once approved you will receive an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be processed.
2. Pack your return and include a copy of the Return Authorization Form to indicate whether you’d like to make an exchange or receive a refund / store credit for your returned item(s). Ship your return to:

3. Once received it will take approximately 3-5 business days to process your return / exchange.
All returns will be reviewed upon receipt and need to be in new condition. If the item is determined to have been worn, washed, is missing labels and/or hangtags we will not be able to process your return. In that case return shipping will need to be facilitated by the customer.
Discounted items or items purchased within the context of a sale (such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday, End of Season, or a discount code) cannot be returned for store credit, refund or exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Item
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt or have received the wrong item please start a claim within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a detailed description and images of the issue here. Defective item claims cannot be accepted after 48 hours of order delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to KidWild Organics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. KidWild Organics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer
A 2.7% credit card fee will be charged in the event of cancellation of items that have not been shipped. Shipped items cannot be cancelled.
