Shipping & Returns

Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Once your payment has been accepted and your order has shipped, we will notify you of the tracking details by email.

Shipping
Most orders of in-stock products ship within 24-36 hours*. All US orders are shipped with USPS Priority unless another option has been selected at checkout. Tracking details will be available. We reserve the right to choose the type of shipping method for orders that qualify for free shipping. Rush shipping (FedEx 2 Day and Next Day) is available and can be selected upon checkout.

International Orders
KidWild ships worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please send us an email so we may add your country to the checkout system. All international orders are shipped with USPS First Class and may take 6-12 business days to arrive, excluding processing time at customs, depending on the destination. Please be aware that KidWild is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. In addition, we have no control over how long your package is held up at customs which will increase total shipping time. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products and your shipment will always be marked as 'merchandise'.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped within Colorado.

Returns & Exchanges
KidWild offers a 30-day return policy for all US orders, meaning the returned item(s) need to be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase date in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting hello@kidwild.com. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and therefore urge you to ship with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and insure your shipment for the full retail amount. Please include a copy of your packing list and the Return Authorization Form so we may quickly process your return. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. KidWild Collective is not responsible for return shipping charges. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited. Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Sale items cannot be returned. After 30 days all purchases become final. All international sales are final.

Order Cancellation

A 2.7% credit card fee will be charged in the event of cancellation of items that have not been shipped. Shipped items cannot be cancelled.
